1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange of products under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
- The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see section below).
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of electrical components and for safety and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable:
- Customised or specially ordered products.
- Electrical items that have been installed or connected to a power source.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or warranty labels.
3. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service
Please email us at support@arab-cables.com or call our hotline during business hours. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange. - Verification and Authorisation
Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps. A return authorisation number will be issued if your request is approved. - Shipping the Product Back
Products must be shipped to our nearest branch or warehouse (Jeddah – Aziziyah, Riyadh – Al-Farouq, or our main warehouse in Al-Nakheel). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by Arab Cables. - Inspection and Approval
Once the product is received, our technical team will inspect it. The exchange or refund process will proceed if it meets our return conditions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the original payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation of bank account details.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
Products eligible for exchange must meet the same criteria as returns. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or suggest a similar product of equal value.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please keep the original packaging for return shipping.
